APPROACH

A clear route from brief to launch.

First we work out what your site needs to answer. Then we agree its pages, price and schedule before design and development begin.

Send a short brief

From first brief to handover

Send a short brief

Tell me what the business does, what site you have now, if any, and what a visitor should understand or do.

  • Business and service area
  • Current site or new-site need
  • The next step for visitors

Choose a page direction

We use the brief to decide which pages, work examples and enquiry route will help customers understand the business.

  • What belongs on the site
  • What is outside the standard scope
  • What inputs are still needed

Agree the scope

Before work begins, the written scope sets the pages, features, total quote and delivery date.

  • Page list and functions
  • Required content and access
  • Price and delivery dates

Confirm the page material

Collect the service details, project images and account access listed in the written scope.

  • Service details
  • Approved text and images
  • Access needed for the work

Build and review together

I adapt the pages to the agreed scope. You review the full site and send one combined set of changes in each revision round.

  • Complete page preview
  • Two consolidated revision rounds
  • Schedule checkpoints in writing

Launch with the pieces you need

After final approval, you receive the site's source files and editing instructions. The site, domain and hosting are in your name.

  • Final mobile and form checks
  • Source files and editing instructions
  • 30 days of defect fixes after launch

Fourteen calendar days, from a ready start

The 14-calendar-day delivery period starts after the scope is agreed and the required content and access are ready. The written schedule gives you the start date and review checkpoints.

Milestones cover the page plan and design direction, a full preview, two consolidated revision rounds, and final mobile and enquiry-form checks. If a late input, review or scope change affects timing, we agree a revised date in writing.

Before we begin.

1. What does a standard website project include?

Up to five pages adapted from a suitable template, mobile layouts, an enquiry form and two consolidated revision rounds. Your written scope names the pages, content, form route, delivery date and any extra features. Booking, payment, account or other custom functions need a separate scope and schedule.

2. How long does the project take?

The written schedule sets a 14-calendar-day delivery period. It starts on the agreed kickoff date, once the required content and access are ready, and lists review checkpoints. If a late input, review or scope change affects timing, I’ll explain the impact and agree a revised date with you in writing.

3. What do you need from me before kickoff?

Before kickoff, I’ll list the business details, approved text or images and account access needed for the agreed pages. You confirm the facts and that you have permission to use the material you supply. The brief can include your current site, if you have one, and what visitors should understand or do.

4. How do revisions and extra changes work?

Two consolidated revision rounds are included. Send one combined set of changes in each round. Small changes to existing sections, such as moving or removing one, fit within those rounds. New pages, booking, payment, account features or other work beyond scope need a separate written price and schedule.

5. What does it cost, and when do I pay?

The price depends on the agreed pages and features. Before work starts, I send a written quote with the scope and total. Payment is split in two: 50% after you accept the scope and before kickoff, then 50% after you approve the final version and before launch. You pay for a domain and hosting in your own name.

6. Who owns the site, and what support follows launch?

The finished site, domain and hosting are in your name. After your written approval and final payment, I launch the site and hand over the source files and editing instructions. For 30 days after launch, I fix defects in the agreed build. Ongoing maintenance and updates are quoted separately.

Tell me what you do.
We'll take it from there.
