Who handles your information

RIOA Web Studio is operated by Vikneshwaran Marimuthu. For questions about this website or information you have sent, email vikneshwaranmarimuthu@rioaconsulting.com. This notice covers the RIOA website and its enquiry form.

When you send an enquiry

The form asks for your name, email address, project type and a short description of your project. Your business name is optional. We use these details to answer your enquiry and discuss the work you requested. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through the form.

Services that process information

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host this website and process connection information needed to deliver and secure it, including network addresses and request details. Resend delivers form notifications to our Google Workspace email inbox. The email address you provide is used as the reply address. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy notices.

Information may be processed outside your country by the website operator and these service providers. We do not use advertising, analytics or session-replay scripts on this website. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Security and browser settings

The website uses HTTPS. To limit spam and avoid duplicate messages, it stores short-lived submission identifiers and coded security records. This database does not store your name, email address, message text or raw network address. The hosting provider may use cookies for security. The colour-theme switch does not save a preference in browser storage.

We restrict access to enquiry messages and service credentials. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.

How long information stays

Submission and abuse-control records expire after 48 hours. Expired records are removed when another valid enquiry is processed or during an operator-run cleanup. An idle database can therefore retain expired records until cleanup runs.

Enquiry messages also remain in the email delivery service and our email inbox until removed under those services’ settings or by the operator. There is no automatic fixed deletion deadline for those messages. You can contact us to request deletion of an enquiry. We may need to retain information relating to an agreed project, a legal obligation or a dispute.

Your questions and requests

Email vikneshwaranmarimuthu@rioaconsulting.com to ask about information you sent, correct it or request deletion. Use the email address you supplied so we can identify the enquiry. We may need to verify a request before sharing or deleting information. The rights and response periods that apply depend on your location and the applicable law.

This website offers services to business owners and is not intended for children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can address it.
